Livet efter stroken - för anhöriga

En broschyr som riktar sig till anhöriga till personer som fått stroke, och behöver information om hur livet efter den akuta sjukdomsfasen kan komma att gestalta sig. Till grund för broschyren ligger Amy L. Silva-Smiths teori  “Restructuring life for caregiving” (Journal of Family nursing 2007; 13; 99), samt författarnas egna intervjuer med anhöriga till personer som fått stroke. Ladda ner (PDF 1,5 MB).

Broschyren är utgiven under en Creative Commons dela lika licens, vilket innebär att den fritt får skrivas ut och anpassas efter lokala förhållanden under förutsättning att materialet licensieras på samma sätt.
